Quick Start video.
This 10-minute video will give you a very basic run down of what you need to know before you get started. It is automatically emailed to every user in your account.
The Knowledge Base is our library! It contains just about any resource we’d have available, from definitions for terms, reference guides for key scores, templates you might use to submit data to WE, and even recordings of webinars and short videos on an entire range of topics. Whenever you have a question or want to learn more about a topic, take a look – usually you can find what you’re looking for.
Group Webinars and Office Hours
If you want to dive a little deeper or to talk to one of our trainers, come to our group webinars! They rotate weekly, so if you miss one you can easily make the next:

Make sure to check your contract – and if you still aren’t sure, you can reach out to your Sales Representative.
