WealthEngine is offering Onboarding & Training services to all of our clients. This will help you understand the platform better & make the most out of it. You can reach out to our Customer support team for any help in registering for the training.
Onboarding
The First step in your training would be registering for an onboarding call. This call is mostly for Admin users & any user who will be managing users on the platform. This will be a quick 20 to 30 minutes call to help you manage your account. In this call, we will help you get started with the platform by making sure you have everything you need, your account is provisioned correctly & you understand the package you have in your subscription. This call is available even for our Existing client as well. You may have new staff members who need training or assistance with account clean up. Even if you are a long time client it can be helpful to get a refresher training. Let us help you ensure that your account is on track for success.
