In the event when the Users loses his access to the device where MFA has been configured or is unable to get the OTP, Users can use one of the Recovery Codes (from the FirstTime Setup) to reconfigure MFA.

         Step 1:  User has to sign in to WE using username & password

           Step 2: Verify the Recovery Code

                       1. Click on ‘Unable to get the OTP? Recover your Account’ from the OTP verification screen 

                    2. In the next screen, Enter the Recovery Code and click on Continue.

                                     

Once the Recovery Code is verified, the User can set up MFA again by scanning the new QR Code and can proceed with SignIn.
