You can search for profiles using personal or business emails within the Search tool. The system will search through WealthEngine’s database of pre-built profiles and pull results for the best-matched profile based on the email you provide.
Remember, there are no limits to the number of email searches you can perform.
Ensure the email address is at least 3 characters long and no more than 320 characters. A match is made against any profile that contains the email address, considering only exact matches.
Step 1: Navigate to E-MAIL under Search tool
Step 2: Input the Email address you'd like to search and find a profile
Step 3: Select the profile from the search results
