You will need to complete a screening before the RFM score can be completed, in addition your screening file must contain your organizations giving history. If you provided giving history in your screening calculating the RFM is very simple. If giving history is not present all scores for RFM will show as a "0". Important note: Calculating the RFM does not utilize credits.
First Step: To view the RFM scores once they have been calculated requires you to build a custom table display. Instructions on building a custom table display can be found in this article, and the fields that you should include are below.
Second Step: From the "My Profiles" tab in WealthEngine you will select the list that you wish to calculate the RFM score. Keep in mind that the score will compare the individuals from your selected list to each other. Only one list can be selected at a time, if you wish to compare individuals from multiple lists, you will need to merge the lists. If you edit a list by merging, or adding new individuals to a list you will need to calculate the RFM score again to refresh the results.
Once you have the desired list selected you will select the "RFM" button next to "Score". This will prompt you to confirm that you wish to enrich the data with the RFM rating. Once you select "Enrich List" you can continue to work within the platform as an email will be sent once the RFM score is available. Important note, the RFM calculation does not require or utilize your credits.
Third Step:
Once you have received email confirmation that the RFM score has been calculated you can login to your WealthEngine account to view the results. You will need to navigate to the "My Profiles" tab and select the list that you requested to be calculated. Next you will choose to display the custom table display that you created in the first step above. This will allow you to view the scores and continue your segmentation of your screening results.
