- Reminders:
- The only compatible records for screening are Contact, Lead, and Person Account.
- Pulling results while in a single record via the Get Current Results button does not use screening credits.

- Use "Research Details" button on records to view the profile in WE.

- How to Screen in bulk within SF
- We recommend 3 ways you can screen in bulk: Campaigns, Reports, or List Views. The SF install guide has information on setting up page layouts for these.
- List View Screening
- LIMIT: 200 records or less at a time.
- Navigate to your list view of choice and select the checkbox next to each record you want to screen, then click the Get Wealth Info button.
- No email is sent upon completion. Turn around is typically 2-4 hours or less.
- Report Screening - WealthEngine Screening
- LIMIT: 2,000 records or less in a report.
- First build a report in Salesforce for the records you want to screen. The report needs to include columns: First Name, Last Name, and Contact ID. Save your report.
- Navigate WealthEngine Screening. Select the object type & search for your report - you can type the name of the report into the Select Report field.
- You may choose to skip records that were last screened within an indicated amount of days, or choose to screen all records in the report.
- Choose if you want your report to be re-screened on a recurring schedule, or just screen one time. If you set up re-screening on a recurring schedule, the job will live under Active Schedulers - you can cancel the recurring scheduled job if needed.
- No email is sent upon completion. Turn around is typically 2-4 hours or less.
- Campaign Screening
- LIMIT: 100,000 records or less in a campaign.
- Create a campaign in Salesforce, then add the records you want to screen as Campaign Members.
- Click the Get Wealth Info button to trigger screening of the campaign members.
- An email is sent upon completion. Screening time can vary depending on how many records are added to the campaign.
- List View Screening
- We recommend 3 ways you can screen in bulk: Campaigns, Reports, or List Views. The SF install guide has information on setting up page layouts for these.
- Build a report to look at results in bulk
- You may want to consider editing an existing custom report type (under Setup > Report Types) to add an object "Results" so you can use WealthEngine columns & filters in your existing report.
- You may want to build a new custom report type, including the objects to capture your custom fields, and the "Results" object so you can use WealthEngine columns & filters.
- Or you can use the custom report types that come with our installed package, however they do not include your custom objects columns or filters, they only include SF standard fields and WE objects. Under Reports > New Report, search the All category for WealthEngine. To pull a report on Contact records with WE scores, use the Contacts and WealthEngine Data report type.
- Scroll through the Columns to the grey "Results" object - everything listed under Results is WE data you can choose to add to or filter within your report.
- Some columns we recommend: P2G Description, Wealth Score, Total Gift Capacity Actual Value, Created Date (ensure you select the Created Date under Results and not Created Date under Contact) - you may want to filter with the Results Created Date to pull up records scored from a particular timeframe.
- Creating new leads in Salesforce
- You must have Lead record type set up in Salesforce, and have WealthEngine components added to the page layout. If you do not, you will receive an error message.
- While on a WE profile, click MORE on the top right. Clicking Save to Salesforce will create a brand new Lead record in Salesforce.
- Prospecting
- We recommend that you set up your Suppression list(s) first. Prepare a file of anyone you do not want to get back as a new lead; current constituents, board members, contacts you already know, etc. In order for WE to try matching a profile for suppression, include in your file: First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, and you can also include Email Address. Guide: Setting Up Your Suppression
- After you have created a prospect query and you're ready to purchase the list, check the Salesforce box on the download prompt screen - this will generate new Lead records in SF for those prospects. *You must have Lead record type set up in Salesforce, and have WealthEngine components added to the page layout.
- You will also have a list saved in the WealthEngine platform under My Profiles.
- Donor Pyramid & moving profiles from API folder in My Profiles
- When using the Campaigns (Donor Pyramid) tool in WE, we first recommend you move the API profiles to a new list. The API folder is not a list you can apply to the Donor Pyramid. Guide on moving profiles: My Profiles: Managing Lists
